The world is flat, but currencies are volatile. When you invoice a client in London, should you bill in GBP or USD?

Best Practice: Bill in the client's local currency to reduce friction, but use a payment processor that settles in your currency. This locks in the exchange rate at the moment of transaction, protecting you from currency fluctuation risk (FX risk) between the invoice date and payment date.
